UDEED prepares deeds and records them nationwide. UDEED also prepares affidavits to remove deceased parties from title as well as power of attorney documents, reconveyances, notes, deeds of trusts and more. UDEED can custom create documents on demand so feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.

Forms Only

UDEED allows you to download a template to print and complete on your own. Simply select the state and template that you desire. Please note that most states do require additional forms to record your deed that we may not be able to offer due to the fact that these forms are not available in PDF format by a state or county.

Please note that if you download a form and change your mind and would prefer us to complete your transaction for you, simply call us and let us know that you wish to have us prepare your document and we will apply the charges for the form only to your invoice.

Research

More than 70% of the orders placed with UDEED require us to locate the prior recorded deed or other documents prior to us fulfilling your order request. We do not provide research services as a standalone service without preparing a document.

Recording Services

After your deed or document is researched and prepared, it must be recorded at the county or other governmental body to acknowledge the transfer or update.

UDEED provides this service and will also calculate the separate fees assessed by the County & State for recording the document. Depending on the transfer or transaction type, additional fees such as transfer tax may be assessed by the County before your document can be recorded. UDEED will verify this before recording your document and advise you of your total fees.
