1. Call 866-486-5500 or email UDEED with your question or document request.

2. A document specialist will promptly respond, begin to gather more information and enter your order into our system. This includes research of prior information.

3. Completed documents are forwarded to you for review and signature.

4. Return all signed documents back to us.

5. UDEED will record for you.

6. After recording, UDEED forwards all documents back for your records.
