UDEED pricing varies based upon the document type requested, if research is required, how quickly you need the document prepared as well as adding other ancillary services. Prices are quoted on an individual basis only based upon the services you request. Often times we offer discounts on ancillary services and multiple document requests.
If your request is timeshare related, we will contact your timeshare property to assist with ensuring that your transfer is accepted wherever your timeshare property is located.

uDEED included services are:
- Deed preparation
- State/County form preparation (if applicable)
- Timeshare Resort/Developer transfer forms (if applicable)
uDEED collects fees for the following:
- Fees assessed by County/State for recording, transfer tax, or other fees
- Resort/Developer transfer fees
- Timeshare Resort/Developer transfer forms (if applicable)
- Research Service $29.95 per property does not include abstractor fees (if applicable)
- Recording Service (standard) $25 per document

*Completion time begins when all information necessary to complete a document request is received and verified. For example, if you order a document for prepartion within 5 business days and uDEED has to research your prior recorded infomormation, uDEED cannot begin to create the new document until it has received the prior information to complete the newly requested document.
