Affidavit Terminating Community Property

Affidavits are used for transactions that require something specific such as a co-owner that has passed away that simply needs to be removed from Title without having to transfer the title to a new owner. Depending on if the title is in Joint Tenancy or Community Property, we can do either. In some cases, Affidavits of Heirship may be required which we also prepare.
